Role Overview

Manage a team of software developers, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure alignment with corporate goals and monitor team performance. Develop and refine SDLC, Agile Development, and application standards.

What You Will Do

Direct the work of software developers, provide feedback and training, conduct performance reviews, and mentor team members. Oversee project scoping, development, and delivery. Present architectural options and design solutions.
