Role Overview

Supports the production needs of the group in various areas, delivering best quality product and working in accordance with company policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

Perform hand assembly of small parts, load and unload small parts onto a high temperature furnace conveyor, perform product inspections, use tools to connect small components, operate small assembly equipment, and perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• U.S. Person
• Ability to be flexible and learn multiple assembly roles
• High attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, specifications, and written instructions
• Ability to work with and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• Ability to lift and move upwards of 50 Ibs
• Ability to work flexible schedules when required
