Production Supervisor

Role Overview

This role is responsible for planning, coordination and control of the manufacturing processes and resources of AAEM as well as maintenance of both the production facility and equipment. The Production Supervisor will supervise the production floor, train and mentor production staff, and oversee the daily workflow and assignments.

What You Will Do

The Production Supervisor will communicate customer expectations, compile reports on production, and ensure that production processes are in line with AAEM and regulatory requirements. They will also manage the production flow, adjust schedules, and accurately complete necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution (preferably in Management/Business Administration)
• 5+ years' experience in manufacturing operations
• 5+ years' experience in machining environment
• 3+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communications skills (written / oral)
• Detail oriented and organization skills. Ability to show initiative and work effectively in a team environment.
• Effective problem-solving skills
