
Job description
This position plays an instrumental role in the design, development, test, and deployment of complex solutions on the Salesforce platform. The Staff Software Engineer will drive and act as a subject matter expert for all technical aspects of the Salesforce platform and any related programs, projects, and solutions.

Define and drive alignment to internal standards and best practices for the design, development, validation, and deployment of complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Classic and Lightning, including Aura and Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Apex Code, form layout changes, workflow triggers & alerts, validation rules, custom objects, formulas, automated email responses, etc. The candidate will also have experience across multiple Clouds with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds being highly desired.
