
Job description
At Easebuzz, business development managers build deep relationships with customers and drive growth. They are customer-facing product managers who co-create new product innovations. They are analytical and derive actionable insights from customer conversations, converting them into product and business ideas.
Own a category of merchant customers, grow relationships, revenue, product usage, and adoption. Develop tactics to build merchant base, work on pitch decks, product documentation, RFP responses, and technical/commercial proposals.
4+ years of experience in SaaS/Fintech companies, understanding of regulatory framework, payments, and SAAS ecosystems. Ability to simplify complex technical and product requirements, negotiate with customers, and think on your feet.
