Job Description
NeighborHealth, a community health center, seeks a Coordinator, Patient Access to provide excellent patient experience, book appointments, and interact with patients, staff, and clinical team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in healthcare, proficiency in technology, and bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- At least 2 years of experience working in healthcare and/or with MassHealth insurances
- Proficiency with technology using Windows, Epic, Workday, RTE, and MassHealth portal
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
