Structural Supervisor

East Coast Repair and Fabrication (ECR) seeks a Structural Supervisor for a shipyard work position. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning daily tasks, reviewing plans, and implementing production schedules while minimizing budget impact. The Supervisor will also resolve day-to-day issues, assess areas of concern, and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Three to five years related marine, shipyard, or industrial experience
• Microsoft Office Software experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
