Job description
The Associate Partner will lead large complex engagements or multiple mid-sized independent engagements in financial services operations environment. They will be responsible for driving delivery, evaluating opportunities, managing significant financial resources, and driving strategic plans.
Manage a team of ~800+ people in the delivery of services across multiple clients, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and maintain day-to-day client relationship activities.
The role requires strong leadership skills, experience in AML compliance and KYC CDD review/refresh, and the ability to engage and communicate with clients, onshore stakeholders, and engagement teams.
