
Job description
The ServiceNow Manager is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond. They will lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. They will also manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow professionals.
Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow professionals, collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
Ideal candidate should have good design knowledge and be willing to research new solutions based on the requirements, strong expertise in Design, Development and Integration of ServiceNow, proficient to provide functional and Technical insight, and ability to work independently and with a team.
