Job Description
The Mitchel Community Center COMPASS Program is seeking a Youth Educator to design and lead enrichment activities, build relationships with youth and families, and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college credits completed required
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth in urban communities
- Passion for youth empowerment, education, and creative programming
- Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to engage and lead activities in one or more specialty areas
- Culturally competent and committed to creating inclusive spaces
- Ability to motivate youth and maintain a professional demeanor
