Branch Manager II

The Branch Manager II is responsible for managing a mid-sized banking office, proactively guiding sales activities, ensuring superior customer service levels, and conducting business development activities. They must have a strong understanding of banking products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and adapt to change.

Requirements

• Basic business acumen and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
• Ability to quickly learn all there is to know about the products and services offered by the bank
• 2-3 years of management experience and proven leadership capabilities
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of training and/or experience
