Administration Officer

The Administration Officer will provide professional, compassionate, and customer-focused service as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors in the Box Hill Emergency Department. They will support the effective functioning of the multidisciplinary team and play a critical role in ensuring that patient information is accurately collected and entered into information systems in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills - experience in iPM/EMR an advantage, but not essential
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Strong commitment to high quality care
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
