Major Account Coordinator

The Major Account Coordinator will provide support and reporting to large business customers, including provincial and federal government accounts. They will handle day-to-day support, such as coordinating site visits, engineering assessments, quotes, orders, and billing questions.

Requirements

• Grade 12 required with post-Secondary degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience
• Prior experience with Eastlink systems assets
• Technical aptitude and ability to trouble shoot
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Very organized and able to meet deliverables and deadlines
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch gears as required
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
