Job Description
Eastman is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide timely, accurate financial and operational analysis to support strategic decision-making across the company. The role will consolidate enterprise forecasts, prepare financial reports, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business analysis
- Strong quantitative skills, advanced Excel
- Solid presentation skills and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to manage competing priorities
