Director, Contracts

The Director of Contracts is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of IDIQ contracts, task orders, and compliance needs at Easy Dynamics Corporation. The role involves partnering with the leadership team to align on the strategic direction of the organization, its practices, and its portfolio. The Director will participate in front-end discussions of new business pursuits, opportunity assessment, competitive and sole source capture and proposal strategy, contract negotiation, contract management of IDIQ vehicles, subcontract management, and proposal development support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of applicable work experience in contract management, proposal development, and subcontract management.
• Familiarity with GSA Schedules, IDIQs, and Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs).
• Working knowledge of and experience with the FAR/DFARS; conversant in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and its impact on proposals and contracts.
• National Contract Management Association (NCMA) certification (i.e., CPCM, CFCM, etc.) preferred.
