Requirements
- Strong expertise in.NET internals and architecture
- Experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and event-driven patterns
- Ability to execute squad-level technical direction and architectural decisions
- Experience using engineering measures such as DORA metrics, release frequency, incident response, and recovery times
- Proven expertise in cloud and commerce technologies
- Extensive experience in observability practices
- Proven ability to embed robust security and compliance controls
- Strong understanding of data platforms and integration patterns
- Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures (EDA)
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure and networking principles
- Strong experience in CI/CD, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices
- Ability to coordinate and lead the squad effectively
- Proven ability to adopt innovative technologies and encourage platform reuse
- Experience working within large-scale eCommerce or high-transaction environments
