Job Description
At EatClub, we are looking for a Regional Manager to lead our WA & SA markets. The successful candidate will have experience leading a sales or account management team and owning a revenue or retention target. The role involves coaching and developing a team of 8-10 account managers, owning the WA & SA book of business, and partnering with Sales and Marketing to align on effort focus.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a sales or account management team (5+ people)
- Strong track record of hitting commercial targets, driving a book of business
- Ability to coach and motivate a diverse team, handle difficult conversations
- Experience in a high-growth or marketplace environment
- Commercially sharp, able to understand what drives revenue and identify risk
- Direct and clear in communication, able to give feedback and make decisions
- Action-oriented, able to make calls and adjust plans as needed
