Business Development & Applications Engineer

The Business Development & Applications Engineer will drive business development, marketing, and sales across the EMEA region, with a focus on a defined vertical industry. The role will involve identifying opportunities, building a partner network, and driving demand generation with a value-based selling approach. The successful candidate will have experience in technical/commercial sales and marketing, a background in heavy industries and/or critical infrastructure sectors, and excellent communication skills in English.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or MBA
• At least 10 years of experience in driving Business Development, Sales, Technical Product Marketing, or Product Management
• At least 5 years' regional experience in KSA in a similar position
• Technical/commercial sales and marketing experience in industrial markets in the Middle East - KSA region
• Background in Heavy Industries and/or Critical Infrastructure sectors
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Critical thinking skills
• Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Understanding of single line diagrams, electrical MV, LV equipment, and various electrical terminologies
