Electrical Product Service Engineer

Eaton's Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Product Service Engineer to join their service organization. The role will be based at the Raleigh, NC facility with a hybrid 3x2 schedule. The Product Service Engineer will collaborate as a global core team member for assigned New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, develop and manage service plans and documentation, and support production lines from introduction to the market through end of service life.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, or a related field of study
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience evaluating, testing, installing, or maintaining industrial and commercial power systems equipment
• Two (2) years of experience training and/or mentoring others
• Two (2) years of experience leading a team
• Experience working in a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems (Enovia PLM etc.)
