As the Director of Engineering, you will drive innovation, sustain engineering, and cost optimization across a diverse product portfolio and lead a global organization of 200+ members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, Master/ MBA Preferred.
• 15+ years of product engineering experience with a focus on new product development, with 7 + years of people leadership
• Proven experience in power distribution, UL and IEC safety standards.
• Understanding of the Electrical Power Distribution market, regulatory influences, the competitive landscape, and broader context of the business strategy
