Industrialization Test Engineer

Industrialization Test Engineer will act as a key interface between R&D and Manufacturing, taking ownership of electrical validation and test strategy to strengthen the autonomy of our Casablanca site, defining and deploying testing capabilities locally, and ensuring a robust and efficient industrialization process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronic Engineering/Electromechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in Industrial environment (manufacturing, validation, or industrialization)/Product testing or validation
• Strong knowledge in Electrical and/or electronic systems/Product testing (electrical, thermal)
• Experience in Test bench / tooling definition and development/Product industrialization processes
