Lead Design Engineer

Lead Design Engineer role responsible for designing, developing, and validating molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) products in compliance with product requirements, industry standards, and regulatory certifications. The position involves leading new product development initiatives, driving performance, quality, reliability, and cost improvements, and coordinating third-party certification testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in mechanical or electromechanical component / product design
• Experience using engineering tools such as Pro/Engineer Creo (or similar CAD), Excel, and basic analysis or simulation tools
• Experience working with cross-functional or global engineering and manufacturing teams
• Experience with circuit breaker products and applicable standards preferred
