Lead Field Service Engineer

Responsible for developing and implementing electrical power distribution and control projects, working with sales team to secure project order, and managing project to achieve deadlines and financial expectations.

Requirements

• Lead and execute Low, Medium, High Voltage equipment field service jobs
• Configure, test, and validate PLCs, VFDs, protection relays, and control systems
• Failure root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive action plans
• Provide 24/7 on-call availability in field service engineering and technical support
• Manage multiple projects independently
• Mentor less experienced engineers and technicians
• Assist comercial team to develop a coordinated sale effort
• Obtain ongoing training on both functional and technical skills
• Build relationships with key customers
