Lead Test Engineer

Eaton's Electrical Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to support design testing, lab setup, and design validation for energy storage power conversion and UPS products. The role requires residency within 50 miles of the Raleigh, NC office and minimal travel (~10%).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years industry work experience in electrical product development.
• Proven experience with high power electrical equipment testing.
• Proven experience of safety requirements in high power electrical lab test environment.
• Hands-on working experience of typical power electronics measuring systems and applications such as oscilloscopes, power meters, surge testers, environmental chambers, and data acquisition equipment.
