Maintenance Supervisor

Eaton is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure plant operational continuity through a safe, efficient, and sustainable maintenance strategy that prevents failures, optimizes resources, and supports Eaton Electrical’s operational and financial objectives.

Requirements

• Coordinate effective communication within the maintenance team
• Organize and facilitate technical training for team members and stakeholders
• Provide subject-matter expertise on specialized equipment
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with the Production team
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to align and execute improvement initiatives
• Ensure and reinforce the proper use and care of tools and equipment
• Ensure and add new components to the critical spare parts list
• Track, coordinate, and follow up on open maintenance actions and work orders
• Implement, promote, and sustain a safe working environment
• Promote the company’s mission and vision by actively supporting ethics, values, and quality policies
• Motivate, coach, and develop employees to maintain high levels of engagement, productivity, and quality
• Own, monitor, and report maintenance performance metrics
