Operations Manager

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Operations Manager to manage total plant operations in assigned areas and schedules to ensure the most effective use of personnel, materials, equipment, and other company resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, technology, or business from an accredited institution
• Seven (7) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment developing and leading strategic business initiatives and projects to improve productivity, quality, inventory, and/or financial targets
• Two (2) years prior management/supervisory experience
