Production Engineer

Eaton is seeking a Production Engineer to lead production activities, improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost through process design, Lean manufacturing, and SAP master data integrity. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with electrical assembly lines, and fluency in English.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree or similar
• 8+ Years experience in Production/Manufacturing/Fabrication environment
• Experience in the Electrical/Electromechanical industry within a multinational environment
• Experience supervising Production activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
• Good experience with Electrical assembly lines
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with ERP system is a must (SAP R/3 / SAP BW is preferred)
• Hands on application of manufacturing methodologies and tools
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group across a global business
• Solid knowledge about planning tools and processes
• Good coaching skills
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) is a must
• Saudi citizenship is required
