Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Solid experience in quality, product engineering or manufacturing engineering for electromechanical or safety-critical electronic systems.
- Strong persuasion and stakeholder influence skills.
- Clear communication and independent decision-making.
- Cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, PMO, Supplier Quality, Plants).
- Structured problem solving and risk-based thinking.
