Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Solid experience in quality, product engineering or manufacturing engineering for electromechanical or safety-critical electronic systems.
• Strong persuasion and stakeholder influence skills.
• Clear communication and independent decision-making.
• Cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, PMO, Supplier Quality, Plants).
• Structured problem solving and risk-based thinking.
• Result-driven mindset and high attention to detail.
