Service Coordinator (m/w/d)

Eaton is seeking a Service Coordinator in full-time at our Bonn location for our service team in Germany. The role will support the service process in Germany for a business (PQ/PD or Life Safety) within the Service Central Cluster Europe organization.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education
• At least 3 years of practical experience and comprehensive knowledge of EDV-based order processing processes
• Skills: SAP, CRM systems, MS Office package
• Safe handling of SAP R/3 and MS-Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High level of self-responsibility and customer-oriented thinking
• Self-assured appearance, high level of assertiveness
• Fluent German and good English skills
