Value Stream Manager

Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is seeking a Value Stream Manager to manage high-performance work teams, coordinate production activities, and ensure timely delivery of quality parts. The role will involve promoting a safe working environment, managing operational processes, and driving continuous improvement programs. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of manufacturing or operations experience, and 1+ year of supervisory/management experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of manufacturing or operations experience
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
• 1+ year of experience in a machining environment
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
