Job description
We are looking for a law clerk to strengthen our team at the outskirts of Berlin. The role involves working in our internationally oriented legal department, gaining insights into the working methods of a company lawyer and the daily business of an internationally operating company.
Your tasks will include answering questions on online law, trademark, copyright, and competition law, legal review of new features on eBay, legal trade restrictions, and preparation and accompaniment of court proceedings.
