
Job description
As a Senior Sales Operations & Salesforce Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the sales organization. This role is heavily focused on Salesforce administration, sales process execution, pipeline management, contract coordination, and enabling Sales Representatives to operate efficiently throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
You will own and manage Salesforce CRM administration, assist with account updates, pipeline maintenance, contract coordination, reporting requests, sales process questions, and troubleshooting CRM issues. You will also support the end-to-end sales process from lead intake through contract execution and post-sale operational handoffs.
This position requires a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys collaborating directly with Sales Representatives and cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to continuously improve Salesforce workflows, automations, and operational procedures to increase efficiency, improve rep adoption, and enhance overall sales execution.
