Job description
The Senior Analyst will lead and mentor the Reference Data team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous development. They will manage day-to-day reference data operations, establish data governance standards, and collaborate with various teams to support data requirements and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, banking, or enterprise operations environments, knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, and familiarity with tools such as Informatica, Collibra, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
