Job description
We are seeking a Shop Foreman to join our team! In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our facility, including equipment maintenance and personnel management.
Ensure all employees follow safety regulations, meet with all employees for regular performance reviews, deliver feedback to management, and develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Shop Foreman or a history of strong leadership.
