Job description
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with product, development, QA, scheme representatives, and external partners to contribute to the evolution of a scalable, compliant, and scheme-certified card acquiring solution. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements for e-commerce card acquiring and payment flows.
Your main responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating business needs into clear functional specs, and owning assigned payment components or domains end-to-end. You will also work directly with merchants, payment partners, and schemes to define integration requirements and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
This role requires 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in payments, fintech, or card acquiring, with hands-on e-commerce acquiring exposure. You should have strong domain knowledge of authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, tokenization, and 3DS flows, as well as a solid understanding of Visa and Mastercard scheme rules within a regulated European payments environment.
