Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to execute and manage complex structural engineering tasks for large-scale projects, requiring advanced technical proficiency, value engineering skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality structural solutions under minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required)
• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in structural design and engineering
• Proven leadership experience in design teams and project delivery
• Proficiency in modeling methods, advanced calculations, and FEM software
• Strong presentation skills for technical and big-picture analyses
• Self-motivated, commercially aware, and adaptable to shifting project priorities
• Excellent ability to handle projects independently
• Strong communication, coordination, and mentoring skills
• Demonstrated ability to apply value engineering principles
• Typically, 3–5 years at this level
• Proven project experience in one field of specialization with ability to work independently in more than two advanced structural specializations
