Join EcoOnline's Global Customer Finance Operations team to manage a high-volume customer ledger, collect overdue balances, and optimize collections performance. This role is part of a growing global tech company making a difference in protecting people and the planet.
Manage customer ledger, contact customers, use AI-driven tools, deliver consistent DSO and overdue reduction, monitor aging reports, and work with internal teams to resolve disputes.
We're looking for a proactive and motivated self-starter with experience in high-volume or SaaS finance departments, ideally with AR/Credit control/debt collection background.
