Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering with significant experience in leadership roles
- Deep technical expertise in B2B SaaS and modern web application development
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and product mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (C1/C2)
- Self-driven and team player with knowledge of international and multicultural environments
