EcoVadis is seeking an Engineering Leader to take ownership of a high-impact product domain, leading a large cross-functional team and driving the engineering vision for a core customer experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with significant experience in leadership roles
• Deep technical expertise in B2B SaaS and modern web application development
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and product mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (C1/C2)
• Self-driven and team player with knowledge of international and multicultural environments
