Analyst, Business Systems – Procurement Applications

Role Overview

The Procurement Business Analyst ensures ICU Medical business processes and Procurement systems meet business owners' needs. This role requires project management skills, knowledge of internal business and procurement processes, and the ability to build relationships with key groups.

What You Will Do

Serve as liaison between technology and business end-users, identify business requirements, and document and recommend solutions. Triage incidents/problems with Procurement systems, create and identify ways to improve Procurement function metrics, and write and socialize test plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Procurement systems implementations, business process reengineering, and business modeling concepts. Strong analytical and writing skills are required, and business experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain/Logistics, Management Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle EBS Procurement modules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Preferred certification: Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Supply Chain Certified Implementation Specialist: Oracle Purchasing
