Job description
Our site is on a journey to build a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role is an opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience leading improvement projects, working closely with frontline teams, and developing the skills needed to grow into future operations and leadership roles.
Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities using data analytics, process mapping, and root-cause analysis to address systemic performance gaps. Implement and monitor improved processes to ensure capability, stability, and adherence to standard work.
Strong passion for Operational Excellence and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence without authority. High energy, self-driven, and committed to delivering measurable results.
