Financial Communications Intern

Role Overview

As a Financial Communications Intern, you will be part of Edelman's EdelmanNEXT program, a 6-month full-time internship that provides work experience, training, and mentorship for students. You will work closely with colleagues on financial services accounts, investor relations, and strategic situation advisory.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include drafting press releases, conducting research, updating media lists, and participating in team brainstorming sessions. You will also assist with the preparation of press kits and research projects.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• History of strong leadership skills

• Familiar with the public relations, digital marketing, or communications discipline
