Process Architect (Sizewell C)

The Process Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver process requirements and solutions, manage stakeholder relationships, and orchestrate process improvement project activities. Responsibilities include process modelling, coaching, and facilitation, as well as developing detailed project plans and ensuring strategic alignment with organisational goals.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in process improvement (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma)
• Proficient organisational skills with tools like Microsoft Office and Teams
• Demonstrable ability to identify and integrate interfaces between organisational departments
• Understanding and application of process modelling standards and design techniques
• In-depth knowledge of business process analysis and design methodologies
• Proficiency in BPMN software (e.g., Aris, Orbus, Visio)
• Leadership capability to champion change and foster effective stakeholder engagement
