Job Description
EDF Trading North America, LLC is seeking a Sr. Derivative Accountant to lead the assessment and documentation of complex transactions, partner with trading and risk departments, and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting
- CPA certification
- Excess of five years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS
- Prior experience in energy trading, commodities, or financial services industries
- Big Four or national public accounting firm experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Excel skills
