We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our multifamily construction team in Vancouver, reporting to the Project Manager. The role involves assisting with project coordination, document review, and project file management.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in construction project coordination
- BCIT Building Technology Program (or an equivalent credential)
- High energy with a positive attitude
- Well-developed written and oral communications skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solid judgement regarding sensitive information
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with Autocad and MS Project is an asset
- Experience using an ERP system is an asset
- Experience using Procore
