People, Operations & Movement Coordinator

We are hiring a People, Operations & Movement Coordinator for our organization MAMA Network, a collaboration of grassroots activists and feminist groups based in Sub-Saharan Africa. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership to ensure the network's governance, people systems, workplans, operations, and strategy work in alignment to advance the movement's mission. The role will involve spearheading the Network's Governance, spearheading our People & Culture Processes, and coordinating our Strategy and Finance Processes.
