Job description
Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a Senior Windows System Administrator to support a major national laboratory. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and repairing physical and virtual server systems, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with customers and subject matter experts to analyze and optimize systems.
Monitor and maintain server systems, resolve technical issues, apply patches and install hardware, perform system capacity analysis, assist users, develop instructions and procedures, and collaborate with customers and subject matter experts.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows System Administration, server builds, and network protocols, as well as the ability to research and recommend solutions to complex issues. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
