The Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center is seeking an Urgent Care APP (FNP or PA) to join their team. The APP will work collaboratively with other staff members to provide high-quality patient care according to the PCMH model.
Requirements
- Master's level Nursing Practice Degree and Family Nurse Practitioner certification OR Master's Level Physician Assistant Degree
- PA Board Certification OR FNP Board Certification
- Active, Unrestricted FNP or PA License in Massachusetts
- MCSR and DEA
