
Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Edward Snell & Co. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative functions.
Receive telephonic calls, messages and channel to relevant role players. Welcome, receive and direct clients to relevant departments. Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners and photocopiers.
Excellent telephone etiquette and well spoken. Good Interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to prioritise, organise and multitask.
