Job description
Join our on-site operations team to support a positive experience for our residents. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of an apartment community, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
Evaluate and resolve work orders, perform plumbing and electrical repairs, troubleshoot appliance issues, and deliver quality carpentry work.
Previous experience in multi-family property maintenance is preferred, but not required. We offer comprehensive benefits, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement.
