Join our on-site operations team to support a positive experience for residents. Previous experience in building maintenance is preferred, but willing to train. HVAC Certification or experience is also preferred.
Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status, complete full vacant turn process, repair or replace appliances, and complete administrative paperwork.
